Located near Riccarton Mall. Easy to drive to & also close to bus stops if you need to use public transport. Plenty of eateries nearby. Apartment was on the small side but tidy & quiet (we were upstairs at the back of the property) & okay for 2 people for a short period of time but would be a challenge if you had a lot of luggage or wanted to hang up clothes. Comfortable bed & good range of plates, cups, cutlery etc. Even had salt & pepper which was useful when preparing meals. Bathroom amenities were basic (hand soap & combined body wash/shampoo only). Overall basic accomodation for the price but a good choice if you are looking for a motel within walkable distance to Riccarton Mall.

The service here has been great for years. I've been staying at this motel for around 14 years now, and it's in a fantastic location, just a couple of minutes walk to the Mall and surrounding restaurants. The room size is good and the staff have always been very helpful if I need to leave things securely with them to go shopping after check out

Very close to market and shopping mall. I love having a sitting area and kitchen when traveling g. I would suggest that the couches need attention. There is no support in them, you sink in the cushions. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Loved it!

Everything about this accommodation was amazing. Check in was quick and efficient with a little welcome package of soft drink, milk and beer and greeted by Marco and his beautiful little dog. The room is clean and comfortable with the softest of softest sheets and an awesome triangle bath. With a little kitchenette. Westfield shopping centre and shops are a short walk up the road and public transport is easy to get around. Getting the bus to the accommodation is easy and cheap. It’s also not too far a walk from the city.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside it was very clean and comfortable. With the windows closed the unit was very well insulated and we couldn't hear traffic noise, which was great. The property is starting to show its age however was impeccably clean.

The manager Marco was very helpful and went out of the way during checking. Communicated via messages to see if anything was needed. Stayed for 4 nites with family. We felt the quiet apartment was a home away from home with all amenities. Close to mall and convenient for shopping and restaurants. Will recommend anyone to stay here . Will definitely return. D. 3 day family trip

We had booked a 2 bedroom exwcutive apartment for a family of 4. When asked Marco ( the property manager) whether there was any road noise, he suggested (and offered) that we stay in a 2 bedroom townhouse as it was very quiet and away from traffix noise. We accepted the townhouse as we didnt want any noise during the nighttime. Overall it was a comfortable stay. The townhouse is older than I expected and compared to the apartment that I originally booked. Beds were comfortable, but felt like some of the edge springs might have been broken as there was no support if layed on the edge, otherwise very comfortable and clean. Shower had a very low disappoiting pressure and was also leaking a bit, otherwise clean shower box. TVs need upgrading as they seem to be too old and very dim to enjoy anything. Curtains and drape need a refresh too. Also would suggest one additonal mirror somewhere other than bathroom. This could be a life saver when travelling with 3 girls.
