“到河口湖駅約十多分鐘巴士，但班次較疏及尾班車很早收，酒店再向山上走可到富士山遙拜所、母の白滝，約三十多分鐘路程，但景色十分優美，值得一遊。附近較少食店，晚餐選擇更少，越夜越難找。住宿有兩層十分寬敞，地下有獨立燒烤地方，二樓有大露枱，看到大部份富士山，住宿內設備齊全，不喜燒烤亦有廚具可煮食，公用地方有洗衣機。房東十分熱情友善，離開時還駕車送我們至富士山駅，真的感謝！”

“房間很乾淨，很舒適，離outlet 西側也不遠，只是離輕井澤車站步行的話有點距離，附近不熱鬧，但環境很安靜，適合開車的住宿，服務中心後方附有小的岩風呂，晚上泡完很舒服”

“雖然交通沒有很方便，但是周圍環境很好，很適合三五好友一起去住。小木屋離環湖巴士站牌沒有很遠，只是巴士的班次有點少。”

“The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. The room also had a separate washing machine with dryer, which saved us the trouble of having to go elsewhere for laundry. We stayed for three days, and my family, especially the children, thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. While the hotel is a bit……

“15-min walk to the main terminal for buses to ski slopes. Accommodation was a bit dated. Comfortable but nothing special. The toilet smelled bad no matter how many times we cleaned it. There was sufficient space for 3 large adults; would have been tight for 4 and too cramped for 5. Friendly staff who were more than happy to transfer us to/from the station and willing to help and provide information. Overall average accommodation.”

“The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. ”
