"Parking was okay, but there are no staff present. Checking in was awful and took over 30 minutes. Most of the room amenities weren’t working (spa tub, sana, etc.) The guy working at the restaurant was coughing and sniffling without a mask as he poorly prepped the order and did not know how to process payment with a card. I would give this a 0 star experience. Disappointed. Will not go back."
