"The hotel is nice which is a few long blocks from the city center but the room we were assigned to it’s noisy at night when the band or music is playing till 2am. The worst part is that we were not allowed to flush bath tissue in the toilet. They ask you to put it the trash where you’ll be smelling used bath tissue every time you use the bathroom!"

"Joli hôtel classé et bien placé. Cependant le service est inefficace. Nous avons dû nous y reprendre 6 fois durant la journée pour payer, et recevoir notre monnaie et expliquer à la succession de réceptionnistes mal formés que nous avions payés. Personnel sympathique mais mal formé avec un manager à distance à Potosi très directif. Cela a rendu le séjour désagrable."

"Lovely historic hotel in the heart of Sucre. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-maintained with outdoor and indoor seating areas to relax and enjoy the views. "

"This is a distinctive, very central hotel that is ideal for anyone visiting Sucre. The staff are outstanding, the rooms uniquely appointed in a mixture of older style and modern conveniences (although the wifi is a bit sluggish at times). Breakfast is plentiful, and staff allowed us to eat breakfast very early one day because we had a 5:30 am commitment. The common areas are lovely."

"The hotel and bedrooms are very charming and very well decorated despite smaller than pictures shows and without windows for some of them( only velux). Very nice terrace. Service is a shame and we cumulated the issues during these 2 days. Jacuzzi booked in advanced but not ready on time (40mns late) and water was boiling we lost 20mns more to add fresh water... Restaurant was closed when we arrived at 20h30( supposed to close at midnight...) we complaint and they finally accepted to serve us but...

"The hotel is well located for a tourist visit of Sucre, provided one is willing to walk uphill to go back to the hotel! The view from the restaurant (where the breakfast is served) is amazing. Two potential downsides: the (very gentle) staff spoke very little English, and the Wi-Fi was not always working properly."
