"Amazing location for the hotel, however we stayed during the most recent heatwave in Paris. It was 34 degrees outside and the rooms have no air conditioning and no fans at all. Sleeping was a struggle."

"I am accustomed to having an iron and ironing board in my room. I had a short turn around between checking in and going to my function and had to wait a little while for housekeeping to bring the iron and ironing board. Also, I had requested an early check and never received a reply one way or the other. I appreciate the hotel was busy and it may not have been possible but it would have been good to have received a reply. Generally, the hotel was comfortable. The room was a bit "dusty" and perhaps the carpeted needed to be cleaned a little better. Otherwise, I was happy."

"Finally, a comfortable bed! After several nights of travel, it was a welcome relief to get a good night's sleep. The location was excellent, with many attractions within walking distance and bike rentals conveniently available right on the property. One of the highlights of our stay was renting bikes and exploring the beautiful grounds of Versailles. Riding through the gardens, tree-lined paths, and around the estate was both relaxing and enjoyable. We even biked all the way to the gates, which made the experience feel much more immersive than simply walking. The property was well-maintained, peaceful, and offered a great balance of convenience and comfort. Being able to explore the area so easily without relying on transportation was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend taking advantage of the bike rentals to experience Versailles from a different perspective."

"The primary downside of this space is that there is no air conditioning. So if you happen to catch a heatwave during your stay, it will be hard to sleep. Otherwise it was like an upscale dorm or youth hostel. Not many bells and whistles, but clean, quite and a staff that was very helpful. It is about a 10 min walk to metro and so keep this in mind if you have difficulties walking. Oh, and a gym exists but it's poorly maintained."

"The air conditioning was broken during our stay in OKKO. There was no technician to fix & our room was hot, uncomfortable to sleep. The manager promised that it'll be fixed the next day and it wasn't. The guests had a meeting with the manager , Gullame Bazenet, complaining about the AC not working & offered to solution at that moment. There were fans offered but not enough for all the guests. The hotel was nice & location was good. MY family & i were there for a wedding. Not having the AC made our stay at OKKO not so good. I hope that the AC is fixed by now. FYI, we traveled all the way from USA."

"I came for the French Open in May. My shower had no cold water --ouch! The door knob fell off. But the staff quickly changed my room. By the way I was upgraded to a king size bed. The hotel is close to Metro and a very nice Brassierie. I would stay here again. 1 thing; the staff seems very unhappy, curt, rare smiles---except for the lady in the breakfast room. I think that most Parisiennes dont like tourists anyway. :) You get used to the rudeness when you're in the city. Can't wait to get back to friendly ppl in Toronto!! Not taking Canadian kindness for granted"
