「Excellent location close to public transportation (bus, train etc), shopping and restaurants! Walkable distance to the beach, and nearby town Ciboure. No need for a car at all, we took buses to Bilbao, San Sebastián Spain.
Little choice at the hotel breakfast (wish there were fresh fruit), but staff prepared scrambled or sunny side up eggs upon demand. Overall I will highly recommend this hotel. 」

「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint-Jean-de-Luz ! L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait, avec une vue splendide sur les plages. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec goût, et mention spéciale pour les rideaux et stores occultants : nous avons dormi comme des bébés ! Tout était très agréable et soigné.
Seul petit bémol : le self-parking, qui pourrait être amélioré pour être plus pratique. Mais cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour, que nous avons adoré.」

「Lovely location. Great gardens and swimming pool area. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The bar staff in particular couldn’t do enough to help you. Nice cliff top walk down to St Jean de Luz. All in all, we had a very pleasant two night stay here. Could have stayed longer!」

「We stayed 6 nights with a family of 4 and found it was a very enjoyable residence due it’s relatively small scale, comfortable apartments with complete furnishings, super welcoming staff and a well-sized swimming pool. It is walkable to the center of town and beach in about 25 min. We loved it and would go back.」

「Had a lovely short stay at Auberge Basque. We took a garden room which was very cute and well decorated. The only downside was it was next to the carpark and road which was noisy and you could only have natural air by opening the back doors - We didn't want to use the air con so at night the room was a bit hot. The 6 course tasting menu was fantastic with some very interesting flavour mixes!」
