"I couldn't find any faults. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, my room was very clean and all round great. The food was very good and the bar area. The hotel itself is beautiful. 10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was exceptional , the rooms were amazing and the food was 5star . The only issue we have is the manner that the head or I presume the head of service in the breakfast restaurant spoke to her staff . She in our view needs to put on a course for man management. I have to say if we had been spoken too the way she addressed her staff we would have walked out . She was the only let down in the whole of the hotel . "
