「Arriving at the hotel I realized that it was going to be rough indeed. I noticed that the lobby was very clean and even had a air freshener device inside so I figured perhaps our room would match. It didn't, all the sheets and walls were dirty. The towels had black or greyish stains all over. The pillows and pillowcases were dirty with hairs still. The television was dirty and the table and counters had crumbs or dried stains on them. When I told the front desk, he said they were at capacity and...

「The house itself is very cute and clean and had everything we needed! Having three beds in the second bedroom was fantastic. The air-conditioning worked very well and the fans were great. Be sure to bring conditioner, but it does say it has shampoo and body wash, which is exactly what it has. The listing says it has a parking space, but it is street parking. We had no trouble parking it right in front of the house. The Check process is tedious but manageable. Asking you to contact them within 24...

「Good location. Nice pool and work out area. Hosts are helpful and responsive. However the neighbors are dirty and we had to smell dog poop from our porch and walking in and out of our apartment. Not worth the price in my opinion. Probably should charge about 60 or 70 less per night. I wouldn’t return.」

「Four adults and only 3 towels provided. Bath and refrigerator were dirty upon arrival. Windows and back door unlocked upon arrival. No soap available at either sink.Also, the water heater was not turned on when we arrived and we didn’t realize that so all of us took cold showers after a long day of moving from Houston to Bryan then San Antonio.The place was accurately described in terms of bedrooms and amenities but I would not stay again or recommend until they do better.It was a good price but...

「I loved that they had dishes and body wash available for use . We got one assigned parking slot . The bed was kind of uncomfortable to sleep on and couch was hard . Furniture should be improved a little more . The rack in our wall was not installed right causing it to fall and dishes broke on the Floor. The lady who let us in was very understanding that we didn’t break anything and she communicated with me very respectfully and order new dishes . She was very nice and they allowed 18 year olds...
