"I returned to this hotel, with my wife, daughter and son's girlfriend, to share this wonderful hotel stay experience. All of them confirmed this is a very good hotel. "I booked my room with hotels.com about a month before my stay and arrived there and there was no room for me. The hotel was not helpful with customer service and not able to contact hotels.com. I never got a room that night and am still waiting for hotels.com and/ or the hotel to reimburse me. I was there for a conference and there were 3 other people who did not get rooms as well. We slept 5 people in a room. This is unacceptable for both hotels.com and the hotel. I should have gotten my money...
