I enjoyed my stay here. I had quite a large room with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. It was a very nice size for the price paid. Breakfast was good. The hotel is centrally located so you can get to the main areas of Cincinnati quite easily. I would stay here again.

Check in and check out was trouble. I checked in late, and they had canceled my reservation and sold the room to someone else. The desk clerk said they had no rooms available. I asked if they expected me to go to another hotel. He came up with another room and made a one night reservation, although my original reservation was for 4 nights. The desk clerk charged my credit card what was apparently the rack rateThe manager helped straighten the mess out by morning. When I proceeded to check out on Sunday morning, the desk clerk was unable to print a receipt. Apparently, their computer system does not keep track of transactions. On the positive side, they have a fantastic breakfast.
