This was a nice property with a very nice staff. Breakfast eggs were very weird. Only issue we had was the mattress on the king sized bed. It was crazy soft and had a deep "crater" in the center that you almost couldn't get out of.

Not clean

The room was comfortable however there was a clear mildew smell and visible mold in the bathroom. The furniture was worn and chipping in places. And the carpet was overall very dirty. I stayed here with mh 2 young children who typically play on the floor and we did not feel comfortable.

The room was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. It was pleasant staying. The room we stayed in had a large amount of mildew on a wall. This room should not have been provided to a guest until it was cleaned up. Room service is only every 3 days, it felt like we had to keep asking to get a minimum of new clean towels and toilet paper.

Average stay at an average hotel

Overall, the stay was okay. It was your average hotel, with a decent room. When I arrived, there was no desk attendant present, so I had to wait about 10 minutes before being checked in. The room was very humid when I entered and the temperature was uncomfortable. The shower head was low and the handle was very dirty. The bed was comfortable, minus the sheets feeling moist due to the humidity.

Don’t do it!!!

Upon leaving the premises I showed the young lady a picture of my granddaughters back where she had been bitten and let her know that someone needed to change the sheets on both beds. I had asked for a manager, but was told a manager would not be available until Monday. Frankly, I have never heard of that before, and unfortunately no manager as of a week later has reached out to me because of the incident involving my granddaughter. There are lots of hotels within walking distance of the Comfort Inn that we stayed at. So do yourself a big favor, and go elsewhere.

Our room did not feel clean. There were 5 different hair types on the wall of our shower when we arrived. One of our comforters had holes in it with the cotton lining exposed and coming out. Our tv had a huge blue line through the center making it difficult to focus on watching the tv in the evening

I know not a lot of people take baths anymore, but the drain plugged didn’t fit so nobody could bath. That’s pretty unfortunate with a six-year-old special-needs daughter. There was a loud noise that sound like a huge generator that kept kicking on and off during the night. There was two earwigs. Only had two very, very little garbage cans. Positive thing was is that the beds are very comfortable, pillows are comfortable. The pool is very nice. And not crowded lol. Makes me kind of wonder why nobody was swimming in it but my daughter and myself swim in it both days that we were there. Breakfast was just that. Not great but not awful. Overall, the hotel is decent, but we will try somewhere else next time in town.
