it was not the best neighborhood and considering the front door had to be locked even during the day and staff would not say the room number out loud for security, and cars were broken into over night, wasnt the safest place I've ever stayed. the staff was all friendly and helpful.

The front desk was nice and helpful her name is Brittany. The managers can use a little finesse when dealing with guests sometimes they can come off a little strong I guess it’s just a personality but if your working as a customer manager you should adjust your attitude to be more a little friendly and not come off as a bit abrasive.

Clean! Nice room…I booked a king bed and was given a room with 2 queens. The manager was rude and didn’t try to fix it, pretty much said it was our fault because we booked through a 3rd party and it’s not her problem to deal with. She was just very snippy and treated us unkindly. The room was clean and spacious however.

Beautiful clean and comfortable hotel. Easy taxi or bus ride to the market area of town where a free connector train is available to transport you around the centre. Staff were friendly and helpful in advising where best to go for food/drinks etc. Free parking included. Lovely breakfast options with great coffee. Wish we'd had more than 1 night here.
