The entry door automatic lock did not work properly. So unless you and everyone else staying in the facility locked the deadbolt behind them, the main entry door was not secured. We accidentally entered someone else’s room at the back of the property with the same code that was given to us for our room. So that made us feel less secure that someone wouldn’t be able to enter our room while we were away, or worse, while we were sleeping. The furnishings were in poor condition and not very inviting. The ceiling tiles above the bed were not very securely installed as well as the window coverings were not very well installed. We didn’t expect a 4 star room, though we were disappointed with the actual condition of the property vs the pictures posted on VRBO. Thankfully, we only stayed one evening. It would be unlikely that we will utilize this company in the future.
