Neighborhood is a bit scruffy and on the margins of downtown, but the room was perfect for my 4 night Cincinnati stay. Good bed. No closet space for hanging up clothes.

This is a great place! Super clean, it smelled amazing. It looks exactly like the pictures and is super cute and comfy. The bed was very comfy I slept wonderfully. A few things to make sure you are aware of is they are clear with parking. Even if you park on the street you might have to walk a few minutes. The parking garage was pretty close and I left my car overnight for about 11 hours it was 12. So not bad at all! It is also a first floor place and the owners have no control of who is upstairs, but they were pretty noisy! It was 1am and they were running around and chatting but I played white noise on the tv which covered it up perfectly. Be aware it is a downtown place as the owners state! But we had no safety issues nobody bothered me and my sister we were completely safe! Overall it was a wonderful stay super close to our concert and I would stay again!
