Called ahead to confirm we were arriving late and needed a pack and play for our baby. Request was noted on original booking, listed as an available item and messaged the hotel 1 week prior. Arrived well after midnight not only was there no pack and play in the room as promised when called earlier in the day they did not have any in the hotel. Or as I was so considerately told at 1am “that’s a negative on the pack and play” when I asked what I was supposed to do with my infant son was told place some pillows around he’ll be good. What we did find in the room where stains and torn carpet, someone’s old pretzels on the floor, dirty sink and couch, broken heating/cooling system and a nasty smell . It was so late we all went to bed after my husband returned to the now parked car to retrieve our pack and play under all the weeks luggage. In the morning whenI asked for a man was told that they weren’t working the weekend. I also tried to get my parking validated as I was told the night before that sis Che we weren’t there long enough they didn’t do that. I had to pay the $12 fee. When I returned to pay it was $20 for under 12 hours when it says free parking as an amenity as well. We will not be returning and I plan on contacting corporate. That room was awful!!!

The breakfast was good staff was nice the reason i gave a 3 star is because when i first got there to check in i had to wait an hour for my room but Brian at the front desk compt my parking so kudos to him!Another reason for the 3 star was the tipping i get it you tip if your service it great NOT the other way around i noticed if you didnt tip your service sucked last be careful of the police around the hotel they are the worst and was not kind to me a black woman just throwing that out there.

The front desk staff could definitely benefit from additional customer service training. While some interactions were fine, one particular staff member—an older woman working the front desk—was consistently unpleasant and took away from the overall experience. On a positive note, the food options were a highlight. The availability of a buffet was convenient and appreciated, and the manager seemed to make an effort to maintain consistency in that area. Unfortunately, the service at the front desk overshadowed the positives.

I initially had a good impression of the front desk staff, as most of them were very friendly and welcoming. However, there was one staff member during the day who was quite rude, which took away from the experience. The biggest issue was the room itself—it had a very strong, unpleasant odor, similar to mold or cat urine. Even after using Lysol and bleach, we couldn’t get rid of the smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, staff would randomly knock on the door to ask what time we planned to check out. This felt intrusive and disrupted our stay. To make matters worse, the pool was out of service, and we were never informed ahead of time. Overall, due to these issues, I would not choose to stay at this location again.

The lobby is gorgeous, including the front desk, bar and breakfast area, view of the Ohio River is perfect. however the room was stinky and no amount of freshener or AC could improve the smell. it smelled of cat urine, unfortunately and mildew from the bathroom. the lobby smelled great, so I was hopeful. decent sized pool, minimal towels available, difficult to get TP, etc.

We chose this hotel because of the swimming pool. We try to take our grandkids somewhere fun for spring break and thought this location looked great. Little did we know the pool was "closed for maintenance"! My youngest grandson, who is autistic, was miserable our entire stay.

A nice hotel in a beautiful location overlooking the water. Front desk staff was very, very nice and friendly. Parking situation is kind of confusing and it's expensive but once I figured it out it, didn't have any real issues with it. The pool was closed the entire stay. I chose the hotel specifically for the pool and left with one very disappointed child, who had been talking about the pool for weeks leading up to our stay. The rooms are nice but there are some signs of age. The toilet paper holder was loose in the wall and the hot water takes a long time to heat up. I would probably stay here again but I would check to see if the pool would be open and if not, would more than likely stay elsewhere.

They put us in a room under the exhaust fan for the hotel. Ran all night didn’t sleep. We did get a different room the next day, but that also was an ordeal.The drain in tub was clogged with nasty hair. Had to have maintenance come clean. The new room carpet was nasty. Breakfast was good. Not all staff members were friendly nor polite. I was not happy with my experience at this hotel. We do stay at the Embassy Suite’s and usually enjoy our stay. This one I will not go back to.

Breakfast was awesome. Staff was great. Mold in the window sills of our room. Check in was at 4:00pm but our room wasn't ready until 7:00pm due to the hotel letting people have a late check out that morning. They did comp our parking for the inconvenience, but we still had an exhausted 1 yr old ready for bed when we finally got to our room :(

This hotel is very nice and convenient to great American ballpark and other activities in Cincinnati. However, we were not allowed to check in until 10:30 PM the night of our reservation and we’re forced to sit in the lobby and wait for our rooms to be cleaned. 10:30 PM!

The staff was very nice, the room was spacious, and accommodating for the amount of people, none of the phones worked in the room and there were 3. Weren’t many pool towels, and there was hair in the pool all 3 days we were there. The bar area didn’t open until 5 all weekend.
