This place is amazing! It has plenty of character and is not a cookie cutter hotel by any means. The room had an incredible hydrowall shower, exposed brick wall, beautifully elegant lighting fixture over the bed, and a very comfy mattress. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was great if you're in town to catch a Reds game, plenty of places to eat within walking distance (safe to walk around after the ballpark crowd has cleared out). Definitely worth the stay and I'll be back in the future!

Nice place but service inconsistent. When we arrived we were told that food was available at the bar. By a bartender. Later that night we sat down to order food and a different bartender told us they didn't take food orders. About 15 minutes later another person at the bar had food delivered to them by the kitchen.

Artsy place with plenty of character. A beautiful shower with electric control panel. Best hotel gym I’ve been to. Minor improvements needed: no refrigerator in the room. Waited too long for front desk service. Despite this, still 5/5 stars.

The fact thst silhouettes of the person in the show can be see to the rest of the room is kind of wierd. Especially when your traveling with your family. (its foggy glass/opaque glass wall between the shower and the beds)

We booked with our 19 year old son for the night to come to a graduation. Wasnt aware the shower wall was see through to the room. Couldn't take showers unless we left the room. Asked staff if all rooms were that way and said yes. Why in the world would they install it with double beds. At lease hang a curtain you can close!

The staff and the ambiance is great. The price point for what you get for the rooms is sub-par. All rather over priced for what you get. The rooms are fun but small. Beds horrible. Heat comes on at five am no matter the setting you have it set at.

Was just a place to stay, bed was hard and not comfortable… its like they spent money on detail but forgot consumer comfort … bathroom had a loose tile that would pop out if you stepped incorrectly… not what i was expecting from a Moxy hotel at all….

There was no bar inroom. No complementary bottles of water. The system was down then we arrived. The staff did supply free drinks from the bar and were very accommodating. The entire place is understaffed. One ply bathroom tissue. No USB plugs in the room for phone charging. Sparse amenities. Rooftop bar is nice but also understaffed. Valet understaffed.

If you are planning a trip for a family, this IS NOT a family hotel. If you are single and/or are looking for a party, this is the hotel for you. Music can be heard in the room from the lobby area, the roof, and the outside lounge until at least 11:00pm. Multiple areas of the building smelled very strongly of marijuana (lobby, elevators, roof, common areas, etc...). The white smoked out shower walls which silhouettes can be seen from inside the hotel room sleeping area are not conducive or appropriate for a family. The staff was very helpful upon arrival and for all our needs. The weight room area is very clean and some quite impressive equipment, very nice. The hotel is simply not for a family.
