不滿：整潔度
The host cancelled on us an hour and a 1/2 before our stay due to double booking. I knew something was wrong when they sent us a message with our lockbox access code but did not provide the code. I reached out that day and was told I would receive my code at 11am the day of my trip by 2:30 still had not received the code and when I reached out I was informed the location was double booked. Vrbo was extremely professional to help me rebook but I would be very weary to book at this location!! It turned a planed trip into panic in the middle of a very busy city
