This spacious, fully renovated home has 3 bedrooms, each with its own queen bed, brand new washer & dryer, and is less than 5 minutes from downtown (including the Bengals/Paycor Stadium & Reds'/Great American Ballpark), Heritage Bank Arena, Newport on the Levee, Newport Aquarium, Zoo & Hard Rock Casino. It is also 15min from Riverbend and 40min from the Ark and Kings Island. Central to everything Cincinnati. Large, open family room with 50” Smart TV, perfect for family gatherings. Private workspace. Perfect central location for families visiting UC, Xavier, Thomas Moore, NKU, and other local colleges and trade schools.
