The house is immersed in the countryside, is a 10-minute drive from Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport, 5 minutes walk from the square of Terrasini and 10 from its main beaches. The villa on two elevations has four comfortable and spacious bedrooms each with air conditioners and radiant plates, two double and two twin, two bathrooms with shower, a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a laundry area and terrace. The exterior offers a large garden with lawn, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and relaxation areas. There are less than 10 minutes by car, local sites on the cliffs of Cala Rossa where you can let yourself be enchanted by the magical island sunsets while listening to good music and sip a cocktail. The excellent location of the house allows guests to move easily on foot to reach local (about 700 m) and places of bathing attraction (about 1 km).
