Tolle Unterkunft, kommen bestimmt wieder
Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts hat reibungslos funktioniert. Trotz Sprachbarriere ging es mit Inline-Übersetzer sowie Händen und Füssen. Unterkunft hatte alles was man für perfekten Aufenthalt braucht. Wir waren mit allem vollkommen zufrieden.

Appartamento piccolo per 4 persone però è tutto a portata di mano, pulito al momento dell'arivo. Complesso residence ben curato piscina sempre controllata da bagnino panorma fantastico, per spostarsi è obbligatorio prendere la macchina ogni volta non c'è niente nelle vicinanze da raggiungere a piedi. Armatevi di pazienza e fortuna per trovare un parcheggio è vero la mia era la settimana di ferrgosto.

Mooie accomodatie op een mooie plek
Alles was erg goed geregeld. Mooi appartement, ontvangst was goed, wanneer er iets is kan je ter plaatse iemand appen die direct reageert en helpt! Het zwembad is zeer goed onderhouden en erg relaxed. Het is een mooie uitvalsbasis om de bloemenriviera te ontdekken. Alleen de slaapbank was aan vervanging toe.

Relax del 25 Aprile.
Ho trascorso una settimana di Relax da solo purtroppo e perchè mia moglie ha avuto un contrattempo. Un caloroso Grazie a Daniel disponibile all'arrivo durante e alla partenza. Il soggiorno è da consigliare per il Panorama e per ciò che non manca nell'appartamento. Tutto Ok. nuovamente Grazie.

Daniel nous a bien reçu. Le logement est correct, par contre le rapport qualité prix est élevé. Le prix annoncé par Abritel est faux. Après règlement sur le site le propriétaire nous a réclamé une somme supplémentaire comprenant taxe de séjour et énergie, et l’annulation après paiement sur Abritel est impossible. Toutes les informations n’apparaissaient pas sur l’annonce française. Nous n’utiliserons plus Abritel.

Ganz schlechte Betreuung.
Beim Check in hatte die Dame keine Zeit obwohl wir eine Ankunftszeit vereinbart hatten. Der Schlüssel für die Wohnung lag einfach nur im Briefkasten. Aber unsere Abreise war noch zu topen. Ich hatte sie einen Tag vorher angeschrieben das wir um 9 Uhr gerne die Übergabe machen würden Kamm schon keine Antwort. Am Abreisetag erschien sie nicht. Hab sie nochmals angeschrieben. Keine Reaktion. Auf meinen Anruf hin wo sie nicht annahm kam eine Nachricht das ihre Kinder um 10 Uhr kommen würden. Es wurde halb elf bis sie erschienen. Eine weitere Viertelstunde später konnten wir endlich unseren Heimweg antreten. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft auch nicht sauber.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en juillet. La résidence est fonctionnelle, propre. calme, pas trop de monde . Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. La piscine est géniale, propre . Le personnel de la piscine (Iliana) est très professionnel accueillant. Les locaux ainsi que les vacanciers sont accueillants. Les enfants ont crée un lien d'amitiés avec les autres enfants. ils en gardent un bon souvenir .Belle vue sur la mer. Par contre pour la plage , il faut se rendre en voiture pour avoir une belle plage. Commerces à proximité 5 kms. Le propriétaire repond à nos questions rapidement. Sonia et son fils sont très aimables, gentils et réactifs à nos demandes. L'ampoule de la salle de bains a grillé , elle a été changé le lendemain matin ; je précise qu'il y avait la lumière du miroir qui était fonctionnelle. Le moins : le canapé qui a fait son temps , l'achat d'un nouveau canapé serait souhaitable. pas de WIFI, pas de ventilateurs, pas de climatisations.

Ferienwohnung und Umgebung
Die Wohnung war schön und im ersten Stock mit Balkon und Aussicht zum Meer. In der Anzeige stand Terrasse, was Verwirrung schaffte. Im englischen ist der Name Balkon auch balcony, nicht Terrass. Der Weg zum berühmten Fahrradweg war bergab erreichbar, man muss sich aber schlau machen. Ein Plan für die verschiedenen Wege auch zu Fuß wäre schön. Toll war, das wir einen Plan fanden in dem es Empfehlung verschiedener Restaurants, Märkte etc. gab. Fliegengitter gab es keine. Der Strand war nicht sehr weit weg, die Preise im Ort sind gut. Kaffeemaschine würde ich mitbringen, es gibt kaum noch Filtermaschiene oder Ersatzteile dafür, wenn etwas kaputt geht. Aber es schmeckt auch mit der üblichen italienischen Maschine für zwei Espresso. Im Ort kostet er nur 1-1,29 Euro auch Super. Es gibt faßt nur noch Vollautomaten, Pad oder lavaza Maschinen in Italien zu kaufen. Die Gegend von San Lorenzo bis Sanremo, haben wir mit dem Fahrrad besucht, ist wunderschön (Blumenrivera), mit vielen Stopps auf dem Weg. Die Couch die in der Wohnung angegeben wir ist sehr klein aber zu groß aber für die Wohnung. Die Schlafcouch, wäre eher für zwei kleine Kinder ohne das es Kreuzschmerzen gibt. Sonst alles super schön und sauber!!!

Die Übergabe verlief reibungslos und die Parksituation ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Schön ist der große Pool, der zum Baden einlädt aber erst im Sommer genutzt werden kann. Die Anlage ist sehr abseits und auf einem steien Hang gelegen. Wenn man zum Essen gehen oder etwas trinken gehen will oder den Abend irgendwo ausklingen lassen will ist man auf das Auto angewiesen. Das gilt auch für das Einkaufen. Das Auschecken verlief reibungslos. Die Ausweisung der Nebenkosten für die Endreiniging findet sich sehr versteckt unter Hausodnung und nur auf italienisch. Die Zusatzkosten ausserhalb des Sommers für Heizung Gas, Strom und Wasser erfährt man erst nach der Buchung. Das ist unverständlich. Trotz dieser Nebenkosten bietet die Fewo ein angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Dann kann man auch die Gesamtkosten angeben. Diese Zusatzkosten hat man uns erlassen.

Viva l‘Italia
Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Möglichkeit, sich auf Deutsch zu verständigen, hat uns sehr geholfen. Leider ging während unseres Aufenthalts die Waschmaschine kaputt, aber es wurde sehr schnell für Ersatz gesorgt. Wir würden wieder kommen! Ci vediamo!
