「Clean, spacious, comfortable and minimalist home just off the beaten path in Semmes (a sprawly rural/suburban area). Kitchen is very well appointed, plenty of towels, comfy furniture and mattresses. Surprised to only find 2 spare rolls of TP for a 4 bedroom home. Could use a couple of club chairs in the LR, not everyone wants to cozy up on a couch. Very quiet and private, small pool perfect for a quick dip. Absolutely spotless when we arrived. Host responsive and flexible. Would recommend...

「If you want to go a place where you see nobody besides occasional boaters passing by this is it. For my wife’s birthday she wanted to do absolutely nothing and this is the place to do that. All you have to do is walk downstairs from the cabin and literally the water and accessories for the water is at your feet. 100% coming back with the kids next time!」

「Nice enough to say overall experience was good. Ice maker doesnt work. No ice trays. Door keypad dead but was able to get in quiclly with a phone call. Yard was awful. Limbs and leaves covering driveway and patio furniture. Provided coffee for 6 cups. Everything was was clean except master bathroom rug. Bring a stopper if you want to use the bath tub. Decorating screams "what we found at thrift store". Kitchen French doors uses a live, laugh, love shower curtain cut in half with a kitchen knife....

「I rented the house for my brother-in-law, my niece and her family, my nephew and his wife. My son was getting married and I simply didn't have enough space for everyone. The house is down the street from me and 5 minutes from where the wedding was being held. It allowed them a place to stay which was close and I loved that they were close. They house is very nice and it was clean and my family really enjoyed their stay.」

「The owner added 390.00 in additional fees that does not include a 275.00 cleaning fee. Our two day stay was 1,387.60. The Pool Table is unusable do to not one piece of chalk , Two of the bedroom TV'S do not work, the back yard is a pig pen and the grille is in terrible shape, The shag carpeting is ancient. It is in an excellent location and has great possibilities, just need an owner that cares.」
