This was a great house, a wonderful pool, and a great host in JJ! Any questions we had were answered very quickly and the house was just a few minutes away from Dunnellon and Rainbow Springs. We will definitely stay in this house again when we have another trip to the area.

We wanted to get away from the business of the city and relax and this house gave us exactly that! It and the pool were wonderful and the location made it easy to get to the river, springs, kayaking, etc. Host was excellent on communication throughout!

Perfect base location for exploring the area

We had a perfect, though short, stay here as a part of a longer trip. We loved the screened-in, heated pool and there was lots of room to cook some simple meals in the kitchen. The house was spotless. Neighborhood was very quiet and we easily got around to Crystal River and Homosassa attractions. We would stay again - highly recommend!

Very Nice

We had a wonderful time. My son pretty lived in the pool. JJ checked in on us within 10 mins of checking in. The house has a giant open space in the living room, dinning room, and kitchen. Bedrooms where very comfortable. Had everything we needed

Great House

Very comfortable home. We had three adults and could have easily had a few more; house is roomy. A big win to be able to have my little Yorkiepoo along. The host was excellent in communicating throughout the process. Screened in pool is a nice bonus on this house. Within easy driving distance to Crystal River and Rainbow River state park. Definitely take a tour to swim the the manatees; awesome experience for the whole family!

Stellar Host & Property!

JJ is the gold standard of vacation property hosts. He welcomed us shortly after getting settled in to ensure we had everything we needed. The property is a recently renovated home, beautifully decorated, with everything you need for a perfect memorable stay. Meticulously clean and attention to detail resonate with the property. We enjoyed ourselves with the amenities of the local area and relaxed in the pool while on property. As fellow Floridians, we like our pools warm and JJ did not disappoint! If you're looking for a perfect place to stay for experiencing the Rainbow River, Crystal River, citrus springs area... Look no further. We'll certainly be back in the not-so-distant future. Best ever!

Our family has been visiting this area for over a decade, at least once a year. Hands down, this vacation rental is by far the best we’ve ever stayed in. It’s clean, quiet, well stocked, and comfortable. The pool is nice, and our fur babies enjoyed lounging on the covered lanai. The place is very conveniently located to shopping and local restaurants. The Rainbow River is also very close by. The host is truly amazing and you can tell that he wants his guests to be comfortable. Communication with him was phenomenal. He’s a gem! Our family will always book this property for our future stays in Citrus Springs.

Great place!

Had a great stay at this wonderful home in Citrus Springs, FL. The house is spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would need to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood.The location is minutes to Rainbow Springs and close to Three Sisters Springs in Crystal River. JJ was the perfect host. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had.I would definitely recommend this place and will stay again next time we visit this area.

Great choice

JJ is an excellent host who makes you feel very welcomed.His home is comfortable, modern and clean with all the amenities including a heated pool with gorgeous paving stones for the pool deck. The house is located in a quiet safe neighborhood and an easy drive to all there is to do in Citrus County and Ocala.

Great weekend trip

My family had a great time at this home. The rooms were spacious enough for adult couples, the pool was clean and ready to go and the overall location is relatively close to supermarkets/restaurants. JJ was very accomodating to us throughout our stay and I highly recommend this home if you're looking for a relaxing space.

Absolute Gem!

Amazing place, super convenient. What an amazing getaway for the family. We had everything we needed and then some. The pool was absolutely perfect. And the location was so awesome. Just enough space away from the busy lifestyle, with everything you need about 10 mins away. The springs were super close and my kids loved them. Family bonding time was awesome. Highly recommend! And would love to return ! The host JJ was so awesome and caring. Very approachable and just a text away. The check in process was super awesome and the concierge at the front door was so fancy and neat!!!! Do yourself a favor and book this place !
