「Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits dafür aber total ruhig . Unser Zimmer war wirklich groß und auch sauber . Parkplätze mit Ladesäulen direkt am Hotel und über die Straße gab es noch mehr Parkplätze . Diese waren kostenlos . Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit . Wir können es nur empfehlen」

「My first impression of the place was two half naked eastern Europeans smoking outside the lobby, and when I got into said lobby the door was closed and I had to call a phone number to check in. But, the guy who answered the phone was nice, and he got me a door code pretty swiftly, and then I got into the lift and went up to the fourth floor where my room was. And it was a very nice room, especially for the price! Big, comfy bed, and the room looked to be pretty recently refurbished, even though...

「Sehr einfache, in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Keine Bewirtschaftung, kein Frühstück ( soweit ich es mitbekommen habe). Verkehrsgünstig zur S-Bahn gelegen.」

「Abseits im Gewerbegebiet. Haus ist gut, modern, Check-in Prozess aber schlecht, nervig und umständlich. Geht nur mit Smartphone und Internet, sollten Gäste ohne deutsches Netz wissen. Und dann muss man nach zig Formularen und Buchungsnummer kopieren einen Balken im Bildschirm schieben, was mit Taschen in der Hand und bei einer derart schwergängigen Tür eine Katastrophe ist. Hier gibt es kein Personal, das steht aber such vorher in der Beschreibung.」

「The best hotel ever and feel like living in a castle! The room is very big and nicely renovated. Property is huge and you can walk around to see many swans, birds, ducks etc. the breakfast buffet is amazing. You must stay here when visiting Hanover!」

「It was a much needed cool room to sleep on an above average hot day. Very clean and easy to get in and out of. The only issue I had was due to how Expedia pays for the room. There online check in was requesting another payment. However, I was let in by a very nice German lady so I could work out the issue (thx!). The staff then helped me sort the problem. Overall a excellent experience and a cool, quite room.」
