「The location was awesome. Very close to the train station, and practically right in the center of the historic area. Modern amenities and spacious room. The staff were very kind and obliging. I didn’t rate the stay higher because it doesn’t know what it is yet. Is this a hotel, or apartment? We paid high prices for no real services. Taking out our own garbage was most definitely and apartment thing. Trouble getting hold of staff, not really having good quality room service all felt like...

「Most important, the location is superb. Walk out the door and you are in the heart of Padova, which is a delightful place to walk around.
The room is reasonably spacious.
It is 18 steps upstairs, so no joke with suitcases.
The bathroom and kitchen areas are very poorly lit. Otherwise lighting is good.
Temperature and air systems work well.」

「As booked, this was a well located city centre hotel. The room was OK, the breakfast quite basic.
However this was not a usual hotel - it resembled a University style campus lodging house or part of an office building. Judging by the other guests, more likely the former.」
