Charming Downtown Harrisburg Victorian Home- Walkable & Central

"This is a convenient location with easy access to the highways and downtown area. We stayed Friday to Sunday and had no issues finding on-street parking near the house. Very close to neighboring areas and there are more than enough options for dining. The house was clean and a plus is the provided bed linens and towels. The two front bedrooms (street side) have rechargeable (use your USB cell phone power brick) night stand noise machines that aided in masking the overnight street noise (main thoroughfare). We needed room for four people, and this was a great spot to call home rather than having to rent two hotel rooms for an event we were attending in Mechanicsburg. If we need to go to Harrisburg (or the surrounding area) in the future we would definitely consider renting this home again."

"I always wipe the bathroom down at the very least when I get into a room and when I did it here there was nothing coming up! Clean from the toilet to the tub. Wiped the room down and it was the same. Pretty small room. Didn’t go to the restaurant. But liked the location as well. I normally catch the train in so now I know this place is right around the corner (5 minute walk). Paid for parking beforehand and it was the best decision they have a valet service. Checked out the concessions they had didn’t look interesting to me looked cold and unappealing, but there were many ppl buying food and coffee they serve Starbucks coffee (just the coffee, none of their food items). There is a fridge in the room and a microwave in the lobby."

"Older hotel with reasonable prices. Has its own restaurant and rooms have a fridge but no microwave. The bathrooms are small but again this is an old hotel. Location is great and close to capital. There are food options a within driving distance.and both McDonalds and Perkins in walking distance. Also a gas station adjacent to the property. Outdoor pool which is probably closed for the season. Plenty of free parking. I’ve stayed here numerous times and haven’t had any issues."
