"Our door did not lock so we had to change rooms after settling in. The ice machine did not work and we needed it. I have to check the website but I am pretty sure it was supposed to provide breakfast and there was none. Smell is weed in the building. "

"Staff was friendly. The hotel and room were clean. Our wall thermostat wasn’t working. They sent maintenance up immediately to repair the issue. The valet team was kind, helpful and they were swift with getting our car.
We did not try the hotel bar or restaurant. Otherwise it would be nice if the hotel offered free parking to their guests or a discounted rate for parking.
Otherwise, I would absolutely stay again. "

"It's a really nice place, and it's super quiet, even though it's near the train tracks, but the sound's not bad. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms are all well-equipped and pretty decent. Just a heads-up, it's an older house, so you can hear the wood creaking when you walk. The rent was a steal compared to other places around here, and Ben, the host, is super nice and helpful. He answered everything I needed right away while I was there."
"The Apartment was very nice decorated. The furniture was comfortable and cozy. There were some things that need to be informed about. The location of apt is downtown so parking is first come and parking fees apply. It was hard to find a parking spot available. The listing does not state that apt was on the third floor also. One more thing that was indicated on the listing is that the washer and dryer are located in the basement of apt building. These details are not a deal breaker but I feel they should be upfront and inform about. And a positive note, the view from the apt was very nice) We enjoyed our visit to the city. Thank you "
"Our stay was peaceful and relaxing even though we were in the heart of downtown Harrisburg. Even the full-time residents at the building were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was VERY clean and welcoming. The best part of the trip was by far the communication between the us and the host. Very prompt and flexible service when we had an issue with the TV. We definitely give 5 plus stars!"
