My stay at Raffles The Palm was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a level of warmth and professionalism that instantly set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Their service is truly impeccable—every detail, no matter how small, is handled with such precision, care, and finesse that it elevates the entire stay to a new standard of luxury. What stood out most was the effortless harmony between elegance and comfort. Every interaction felt sincere, every request was met with genuine attentiveness, and every space within the property reflected a commitment to excellence. It is rare to find a place where you feel both completely at ease and continually impressed, but Raffles The Palm achieves this beautifully. This is the first time I’ve walked away from a hotel feeling not just satisfied, but genuinely inspired by the experience. It was worth every moment, and I found myself already planning my next visit before I even checked out. Their service doesn’t simply exceed expectations—it redefines them:)

The hotel is clean and modern. All the staff we encountered were warm and friendly - reception suggested taking on-street taxis rather than Uber, as they said were just as safe and cheaper - whilst apprehensive of their advice, they were right! It's located in the JBR area, so it's walking distance to other restaurants and shops, if you fancy exploring the local vicinity. The gym is well equipped and the equipment is the same/comparable to some standalone gyms. We visited the spa for massage treatments which was excellent - book in advance. The bar/cafe and restaurant had a variety of options which catered to most tastes - couldn't fault the quality. Whilst they have an area on the beach designated for guests, the number of loungers are limited. There is space within the grounds, but note the music will be louder and constant.
