A recently renovated apartment, featuring one bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room on the first floor. Each room is equipped with a smart TV, and the entire apartment boasts air conditioning. The building is facilitated with an elevator for convenience. Its strategic location, known as PORTICI, is ideal for shopping with numerous shops in the vicinity. Alternatively, you can unwind with a coffee, a cornetto, or gelato at the many nearby bars and restaurants.
The historic part of the city is in close proximity, allowing you to marvel at remnants of the city's ancient walls or explore the lively fish market. For grocery shopping, the DEm supermarket is just 100 meters away, where you can also take a moment to appreciate the main cathedral. The waterfront is a mere 5-minute stroll, providing an opportunity to soak up the sun and sunbathe during the summer. You can also venture to the Pyrgo area, just beyond, where you'll find a variety of restaurants and bars offering delightful cuisine or a simple aperitivo to enjoy during the sunset. . It was accomodating. However, I would appreciate a towel for dishes, sponge to clean dishes, extra roll of toilet paper (we bought some). Please ask housekeepers to clean the mold from under the sliding shower door closest to the toilet. It should be noted this is no micowave, NOR washer, as advertised. The apartment is comfortable, great bed, close to restaurants and shops.

Great location. Very small main living area. The 5 deadbolts on door gave me pause. Overall decent place & had a working elevator. Had a bit of an issue getting let in but fortunately, a current resident opened the main door for us. Once we had the keys in hand it was smooth sailing. My only recommendation would be better communication beforehand as to what to expect.

We used this VRBO as a home base prior to departing for a cruise from the port. The location was so convenient and the space had all the essentials. The building will feel old once you get inside, but the apartment itself has definitely been renovated and feels modern/comfortable. The only recommendation I have would be to add a suction cup soap holder or shower shelf of some sort. Overall I recommend if you’re cruising for convenience and comfort!P.S. if you’re looking for a nice spot to grab dinner, check out Forma - it’s a Michelin star restaurant literally a 2 minute walk away!

Tried to message the host three separate times on the app and email them to get check in instructions. I spent two days of my trip worrying if we were going to be able to get into the Vrbo. Day of our stay I had emailed them in the morning with no response. We arrived at our check in time and had no way of getting in. I had to turn my phone data on in order to call them. The first time I called no one answered. The second time they said “well we always send check in instructions” and then acted like they were put out by giving me the code to get in. After I hung up they sent the instructions.

Wonderful Apartment

We only stayed for one night before our cruise but this apartment was very nice! Easy to find, great location, and very easy to get to the cruise terminal. Our communications with the property owner were very good. It is as advertised, and we would defiantly stay there again. Shops and eateries right down the stairs from the apartment!! Thank you!
