「I loved the place but there was nobody there when it was time to check in. I was sent instructions in French and I don't speak French. Thank goodness another guest was leaving and although they spoke French they took me to my room and showed me how to get in. I loved the place though and it was a great deal for the price. I'd definitely stay there again.」
