La Villa des Amoureux, charm in Drôme Provençale, with secured swimming pool

We are in Clansayes, a village in the Drome Provençale of a hill, perched on a once fortified rocky peak, pretty mazes of alleys and all these charming stone houses. Clansayes is built in an amphitheatre on the southern slope, sculpted by erosion and winds.



At the top of its tower, the Virgin watches over the village.

"La Villa des Amoureux" on a 2000m² enclosed and wooded plot of land, on two levels.



On the ground floor: Equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and the adjoining living room. French windows opening to the south on the terrace overlooking the pool.

A laundry room in the basement equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a 2nd Fridge.

On a half level a living room with mezzanine floor. First floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (bath, shower, WC, 2 basins) 1 shower room with WC. One of the rooms has direct access to the garden.



One bedroom with a 160cm bed, a second bedroom with 2 90cm beds. A last bedroom with a 2m bed (made to measure).

Swimming pool of 12m*6m with a flat bottom 1.50m, secured by a fence with a gate open from June.

The nearest motorway exit is Montélimar sud, as well as the Montélimar TGV station.

There are three castles in Saint-Paul in 5 minutes by car.

For golf lovers, the Golf de la Drome Provençale in Clansayes, a 9-hole course, is very technical, friendly and in a natural setting. Shops 5 minutes by car, 9-hole golf course nearby. A capacity of reception: 6 to 8 people. 3 bedrooms
