"Excellent service when I needed to alert the hotel that we would be late in checking in.
The reception staff was waiting for us when we arrived slightly later than originally mentioned.
The check-in process was completed quickly and we were in our rooms soon after."
"We chose The Market Tavern because of it's location - it is in the same village where our son, daughter-in-law and new grandson live and we were visiting.
The whole property has been tastefully renovated and is lovely. We had eaten in the pub before but not stayed.
Bampton is a quaint village with plenty of amenities and is well placed for visiting lots of interesting places.
Breakfast was good with cold and cooked choices. Staff were friendly and attentive.

"Love this hotel been coming for a few years. Great base to explore from. Lovely walks and wildlife whilst watching golfers. Neighbours always considerate. Staff go above and beyond. "

Enjoyed using indoor pool & spa area. Looked fairly new.
Breakfast nice but bit odd certain items were at an additional cost. Not seen this before? Enjoyed what we had.

"I had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Cheltenham! From the moment I arrived, the staff were fantastic — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really set the tone for a relaxing visit.
The hotel itself was very clean and felt safe throughout, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities were a great bonus and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
With the heatwave during my visit, I was also grateful for the number of fans provided in the room — it made a big difference and showed the hotel’s attention to guests’ comfort.
All in all, a great experience with excellent service, clean and well-maintained facilities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

"We had a lovely night at this hotel when attending one night at the 2000 Trees festival nearby. The girl at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We used the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms. All were very clean. Our room was soa ious enough for 3 adults. The air con was very welcome in the 30 degree heat outside and the beds were super comfy. We would not hesitate to come back."
