「The house exceeded all expectations. I can’t possibly say enough about this place. It’s perfectly located, perfectly clean, perfect layout. We didn’t have kids but had we, it would have felt extremely welcoming. Plenty of room, super clean, great temperature control inside, the bedding was top-notch, access to a grill…. Seriously awesome. The owners were excellent with communication. I’ve travelled the world and they, again, were top brass.」

「We had a lovely stay at the King Hill Cottage, and loved being so close to the cute town of New London. The house had everything we needed, the layout was perfect for three generations of family, including a little loft and hang out space underneath that our toddler absolutely loved (and claimed as "his loft!") The fire pit area at the back of the house added a great space for the family to relax. We would absolutely rent again! 」

「We enjoyed our weekend stay! The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and the amazing view. Yes, the walls were thin and at times we could hear the next room, however most people are respectful of the quiet times posted and the room had a sound machine. We would definitely recommend this place! 」

「This was our second time staying at The Lodge and we loved it just as much as the first time! So spacious - perfect spot to wind down after a long day skiing. Communication with the property manager is quick, easy, and friendly. This will be a regular spot for us next ski season, I'm sure!」

「Booked this property for my family (5 of us) to go to a family wedding in the Sunapee area awhile ago. The house is clean, comfortable, has a/c, well labeled, a nice short walk from Dewey Beach to the active boat launch area with shops/food, and a neat door locking system. Everything just seemed to work well and it would have been nice to stay longer had I known. 」
