15 minutes outside of Old Town, Cottonwood AZ. Mostly paved roads, but a quarter mile of level dirt and gravel. If you're looking for lots of peace and quiet, a place to maybe just read, perhaps do some painting, sleep, hike, put together puzzles, or just sit outside and have a glass of wine, this is the place.
Studio for two. No other persons (except owner/couple) live on the property. Gas grill too, not shown.
