**PONTOON IS INCLUDED IN SUMMER RENTALS*** our pontoon is a 16 foot cruiser style~ seats 6 to 7 people. no pontoon or lake garage in off season roughly mid Sept to May.
***If pontoon were to break and not be available a deduction of 75 $ per day of your stay will be deducted as when we are renting out stuff with a motor it absolutely could happen.

Up to 5 vehicles of driveway parking (3 stall garage is not included in the rental)
Currently sleeps 6 (2 person per room) will allow you to bring airbeds etc. To sleep more just let me know how many people at booking.
There are 2 outdoor security cameras 1 points at the front door the 2nd one faces our pontoon boat these are only watched if there was a reason to such as theft.
Main floor ~ kitchen, dining room and living room with smart TV, baby gates on stair cases a 2nd level deck and AMAZING backyard lake view.
Upstairs is a loft bedroom 1 queen bed, bathroom and soaking tub.
Lower walk out level ~ laundry room, 2 bedrooms with queen bed in each, sitting area with and bathroom with a large shower.
Lake level back yard garage its a 2 stall not for parking right next to the water and bonfire pit
