Come stay in this home that is within walking distance of all the action and entertainment that Clear Lake has to offer. Surf District is Kitty-corner and offers restaurants which include Surf Galley, Half Moon, Chinese, and the new Clear Lake Nutrition shop with healthy shakes and teas! The Farmers Market on Saturday is great entertainment and provides free bands, many foods options and fresh produce! The Other Place is a fun and popular Sports Bar just one Block North.

Weather a little dreary? This home features a fully finished oversized garage for extra living space that has entertainment with large TV, foosball, ping pong, games, additional seating and much more.

Wonderful stay

This House is beautiful inside. The garage and front porch make great gatherings areas. We were in town for a funeral and had lots of company. Not once did our stay seem crowded. Very spacious!! Look forward to booking again in the future.

Great Place!

This property was all that and more. Beautiful home, clean, and spacious! The kids loved the ping pong table and miniature pool table. Only drawback is we wished it would have been on the water rather than in a residential area which we did know about before hand.

Sure, here's an updated version of your VRBO review: --- We had a fantastic long weekend at this well-built and thoughtfully designed home in Clear Lake! The house is spacious and very well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, we did notice a couple of areas for improvement. Currently, there is no street-side recycling cart, only a garbage cart, which made recycling a bit inconvenient. Additionally, it seems there is only one set of sheets provided, and guests are asked to launder and fold them before the 11am checkout time. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this home, but a few minor adjustments could make it even better.

The house is beautiful and the beds are comfortable My only recommendations would be for more outside chairs to use in the garage. We spent a lot of time out there and most of the seating was folding chairs.
