Two grown adults on an air mattress is not a comfortable stay, so really the house only sleeps 10 adults comfortably. Plus one of the air mattresses cord was not intact, another one of the air mattresses kept deflating on a couple all night long so they ended up on the couch, so we had 3 adults on couches.
