"Great location for bus for sightseeing Short walk to Caen centre"

"The hotel was very clean, the room was small but did'nt cause any issues. The bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast which was very well presented and for 13 Euro was not a bad price. The dining area was also very nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. "

"From the welcome at reception when I arrived until I left I felt like a valued guest. With no breakfast room all breakfasts are hand delivered to the room and contained so much food I was unable to finish what was on offer. Position of the hotel is great. Although quite a long walk from the station, for those less inclined to stretch their legs there are two tram lines T1 and T3 which will take you from the station to the end of the street the Astrid is on. There are plenty of dining options in either direction when you leave the hotel and just a short stroll to all the shops and tourist destinations."

"Budget hotel so for the cost it is extremely good value. Would have liked a hand towel for the separate sink area, but just two bath towels provided for the wet room style toilet/shower. Continental style breakfast was good for the first two days, but on our last day (a Monday) there was very little on offer. The room was small but adequate and the bed was very comfortable. There is free WiFi, but unfortunately this went down half way through our 3night stay and was still down when we left. If you just need a room to sleep in for a few nights and don’t need lots of extras I would recommend the BHotel"

"Basic hotel but very affordable for our budget. There is a McDonald's across the street and easy access to the freeway. Breakfast is 12 Euros which is not cheap for what you get. U need a car for this hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Its a good base to explore Normandy without staying at an expensive hotel closer to the D Day Beaches. There is a Lidl a short distance away. I would stay here again if I have a vehicle. "
