The open kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table. There is a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a double hand-basin on the same level. Upstairs, you will find one room with sloping ceilings and two beds, as well as another room with sloping ceilings and two beds, with an exit leading to a balcony. There is an additional separate toilet on this floor. The house features electric heating and parquet floors throughout.
