“Bed had hairs on the sheets when we pulled back the comforter to get ready for bed. Staff did give us clean sheets and offered to move us to another room. There were dead bugs along the back walls and closet of the room assuming no one had swept the room in sometime. Room was quiet but the smoke/fire alarm in the ceiling above the bed had a white intermittent flashing light all night. Prior stay a few months back was excellent but this last time was disappointing.”

“Very clean room, comfortable bed, quiet and felt safe. Could use some minor cosmetic work in my room but nothing that would stop me from staying here again. Very affordable.”

“The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The AC was controlled by wall thermostat. The bathroom was clean and modern. Unfortunately, housekeeping was lacking. We checked in on a Monday and left Friday. During that time, housekeeping came in once to make the beds and freshen the room. Despite a sign indicating that towels left on the floor would be collected and replaced with fresh, the towels were only replaced once. The young lady at the check-in counter indicated that a new……

“Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The staff was very friendly and an accommodating. The people in a room next to us were very loud late in the evening so we asked if we could switch rooms. They were great and immediately moved us to a quiet corner room. Really appreciated that.”
