「We had stayed at the hotel only a week earlier and had asked for the same or similar room for the the three of us (two adults and a child). The room we had then was excellent. However on this occasion despite paying a little more it was smaller, had the strangest lighting set up (if you turned on the bathroom lights you it meant a single ceiling light above our child bed came on..ideal when he needed to sleep). When we arrived we had to ask 3 times for the sofa bed to be made up…it was...

「Sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet, trotz eines alten Hauses. Hier hat man sich viel Mühe gegeben. Alles sehr sauber. Leider lag das Zimmer direkt an einer Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster, so dass es sehr laut war. Wenn man das Zimmer zum sehr schönen Hof gehabt hätte, wäre es sicher besser gewesen. Trotzdem ein gutes Hotel, wo man sehr gut übernachten kann.」

「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Dans son ensemble, l'hôtel est de qualité et propose de nombreux services permettant à tous de trouver son bonheur. Mention spéciale pour le SPA et les massages qui étaient vraiment géniaux ! Également le concert d'ouverture de la terrasse qui était vraiment top! Par contre sur les activités, il y a toujours des bonnes idées mais mal entretenues ce qui gâche le plaisir : terrain de mini golf extrêmement basique et non entretenu donc très difficile de jouer.
