"Easy check-in, hotel was very unique utilizing the old arcade building from 1890. Rooms were larger than most in this price range. We self parked right next door for $35/night. Several restaurants are in the hotel, but you are in one of the best restaurant areas in the city. We walked to most places including an easy walk to Progressive Field. We highly recommend this hotel"

"Our stay at Hampton Inn downtown Cleveland has gone beautifully. The facility is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The aspect that puts this visit in an even higher category is the customer service reps. Upon our arrival we were greeted by two friendly, helpful associates. "The shower was absolutely phenomenal and my favorite part about the stay. I could’ve stayed in the shower for hours the water pressure was amazing. Every part of the hotel I saw was clean, the staff were All very helpful and polite. The breakfast could’ve been better. It’s not a lot of choices but it’s included in your stay and it’s good enough. 10/10 I’ll be staying here again if I’m in the area. "
