This place is a Hilton property in Beachwood Ohio, which would allow you to think this is a quality property under the Hilton brand. This property is in terrible condition. They made me change rooms after what was supposed to be a leak. The next room was dirty and run down. So I asked for another room and the room I got was just as bad. The tub was discolored and dirty. The sheets had stains on them. I literally slept with my clothes on… it was so disgusting I ended up checking out shortly after 6am, much different than the comfortable sleep till check out time. I’d never suggest anyone stay there even though the Beachwood community is a nice affluent suburb of Cleveland with lots of good restaurants and shopping.

That hotel owes me over one hundred and twenty eight dollars and I still haven't received my refund. I was told my numerous different people that I would get my refund in 5-10 business days and it's been over a month now!

The room was not clean , so I did my own disinfecting and cleaning. The bathrooms definitely need an upgrade and the plumbing system needs some work. Overall I had a good stay.

The printers did not work and the staff could not print something out for me, even if emailed to them.They all appeared to be out of ink.

This was a large hotel with amenities like a pool and restaurant/bar that we didn't use on this trip. We chose it primarily due to its location near where we needed to be for doctor appointments. The rooms/bathroom appeared older, but it was fine for our needs. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast.

Dirty sheets on Bed and pull out couch. Left over toiletries bottles and used soap in bathroom. Dirty tub. Pool never opened. Limited breakfast options on 1 day of my trip.

The lobby was decent. My room was nasty, stains on the floors, walls dirty, under the couch bed was disgusting looked like it was never vaccumed. It smelt like mold in the room very unpleasant. The mini fridge/ freezer needed to be defrosted. It was so much wrong with the room. I called to complain but the lady at the front desk barely spoke English. We I expressed my concern I was told the were to booked to give me an another room. I was told to speak to a manager in the morning. I ended up stayed because I came to far to go home and I didn’t have enough for another room nearby for my family and I. When we went to the pool it was very warm in the closed space. Inside the pool the water clearly wasn’t not cleaned it was yellowish/green, the cleaning vents weren’t working. Hair was everywhere in the pool. I was over it at this point when I checked out the next day around 9 am. I turned my keys into the front desk and filed a complaint for a refund upon leaving I was told by the manager, that she had to speak to her manager but she’ll write a note for me to be contacted and call Expedia for a refund since that’s whom I booked through long story short. I’ll never return and it has changed so much from when I went 5 years ago. I’m still want on my refund I’m being spun into circles for my money back. Go at your own risk!

Staff was friendly and very accommodating from the front desk to the bar and restaurant. They made the stay great On the other hand the common amenities were not so great. The hotel & rooms are spacious. The hotel needs to be updated, it’s stuck in the 90’s. The furniture and beds look old, rusty fixtures in some areas, elevator was very slow. The area itself is nice but time for some major renovations.

The furniture was a little dated. There was a coffee pot and coffee, tea. But no cups to drink it in. The staff found me a few. Not a bad place to stay.

When I first arrived there were literally 4 people (Employees) of which 3 were Front Desk Workers and not one greeted me and it literally took over 10 Minutes before anyone said anything to me or asked why I was standing in front of them on a line that was only one person on it and that one person was ME! They kept talking about whatever they were discussing. That's a NO NO! One person should have immediately indicated we will help you momentarily at least. When they decided to help me I went to the first room they sent me to and there was a dirty washcloth hanging up like it had been straightened out to look Fresh. Went back to the front desk and asked for a different room and that room was Musty from MILDEW SMELL didn't have to inspect already knew this was not going to work out. The young lady who assisted me upon returning to the front desk was pleasant & accommodating in this instance and I went to the 3rd room. At this point, it did have clean washcloths and towels and didn't smell bad so I settled. (LOL) However, after going out and coming back and settling in OMG. They need to fire some of their Cleaning Staff for sure because they are not doing their jobs or they are not paying their staff enough to rightly do the job. The Vents are Horrendous Hair left behind, I had to clean up more than usual since I always do. I understand it is an older hotel it still looks great a lil dated and needs a little TLC. The Cleaning Staff that's slacking needs to be found and fired!

The pool was closed for maintenance and we were not informed until check in. The pool had closed for a while so there was no reason why it wouldnt be posted at least on the website. I booked this hotel because of their indoor pool and I was very disappointed that my children could not swim. It would have been too inconvenient to change our accomodations so we stayed but I was not happy at all.

The only positive thing about our 1 day outing was my check in Rochelle had excellent customer service. Other than that killed 2 small roaches in our room and had small black ants everywhere. Smell of weed was very strong in the hallway
