Well, with the deal that Expedia gave me and for the purpose that I was using the hotel this was a great place to stay. The room was nice size. Everything that I needed was there it could’ve been a better breakfast but for the price that I paid I am not complaining.

Common areas of hotel were pretty run down. Laundry room was very messy. Hallways had dirt along the sides of the walkway and stains on the walls. Seemed like a lot of construction workers were staying there and using the property pretty hard. I would not stay here again. Staff was friendly. Location was good.

Stay was great. The room was clean and staff were very helpful. Hotel is pretty outdated - like I'm pretty sure the pillows have been the same for the past 20 years! You have to ask for hairdryer at the main desk instead of having one in the room. It's inconvenient but it is noted on the information sheet given to you at check in. Location of hotel is great - right by the highway and many restaurants. Overall, I would stay here again.

Room was great, very clean, one of the elevators was down so that made the other one always full but that wasn’t that bad, the only real complaint I had was the fact that the complimentary breakfast they offered was “grab and go” which meant that when we got downstairs 30 minutes after it started, everything had already been taken. That isn’t the hotels fault that people are greedy, but definitely would have known not to rely on it being there if I’d have known that was how it was set up in the first place. Everything else was great about the stay and the hotel

Our room for two only had one set of towels and no hairdryer ( a listed amenity). We went to the front desk to request these items and were told that they were working on it. When we returned about 6 hours later nothing was in our room. We returned to the front desk and were told they would see if the items were available. At this time they did hand us a set of towels and a hairdryer. Continental breakfast was included. We arrived right at the beginning of breakfast hours to find coffee, tea, 4 hard boiled eggs and 6 small containers of yogurt. Hardly breakfast for a totally booked hotel. We returned a half hour later thinking we were just too early. Nothing had changed.

Overall, everything was great. The room was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. The only issue was that I arrived at 5:00 PM for check-in and the room was still being cleaned. When I asked the receptionist how long it would take, she seemed a little rude and unhelpful, simply saying she couldn’t give me an estimated time. The room was ready about 10 minutes later, so the wait was not a big issue, but I feel the situation could have been handled in a more professional and welcoming way.

The room was clean and the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in at night was friendly. However, when I arrived there was trouble checking me in. It took a while due to technical issues from booking through a third party site. When I checked out I was halted from the the lady at the front desk. I'm assuming from technical issues again? It was never clarified to me what the issue was.
