It was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance of many Cleveland sites.

Cleveland weekend

It was not disclosed to us that the bedroom and bathroom was up 19 steep stairs. Photos did not indicate two levels. We had to ask for the room number and then for the wifi password. Wall clock not working and no luggage rack or chair in the bedroom. Coffee mugs would be desirable also,. Could use some safety rails in the bathtub. We still enjoyed our stay but very disappointed in the stairs.

Not clean

Check in was great. Property manager was responsive. Arrived late, apartment was 60 degrees and freezing. We put it up to 71 per the note near the thermostat. There was condensation/water on the floor and walls from the AC unit. Sent pics. Got into bed and noticed some long pieces of hair and eyelashes on the sheets, pulled back the comforter and there was a large disgusting stain of some nasty bodily fluids. Immediately stripped the bed and threw linens in washing machine. At this point it was after 12am, property manager was responsive and said. They could drop new linens in the morning. We managed to find a smaller flat sheet that we laid on the mattress and used the one throw blanket from the living room to sleep. There were absolutely NO additional linens available. There were also TONs of flying insects upstairs in the bedroom that we swatted with towels so we didn’t get swarmed in our sleep. Property manager did bring insect spray the next day. Location was great but overall I’d never stay in a place this dirty again.
