「The staff was very welcoming and the check-in area/lobby was different and nice. We reserved a king room but they don't have one on the ground floor and they don't have an elevator so ended up on the ground floor in a room that must have had previous bathroom flooding and the restroom smelled like old diapers. I had planned on taking a bubble bath but the tub had rust spots and no stopper. This was advertised as a "Best Western Plus" and my expectations were way higher than they provided...

「Room was clean just lots of stains and uncomfortable bed. Staff was great. Love that they still have refrigerator microwave coffee maker and soaps in the room. Location was pretty quiet!」
