It was frustrating checking in using a kiosk. It took longer than a normal check in. The room had a terrible smell that hit you as soon as you opened the door. Very poor air quality that set my allergies off. The room was dusty and the floors were dirty and sticky. The coffee and ice containers were dirty with what appeared to be bug droppings. We needed a quick stop and place to sleep while traveling. Very disappointed

Internet was not free. No front desk clerk kiosk instead. Had issues with the Internet, which was the reason that I chose this hotel to begin with. Waste of my money I did not even spend the night. Had to go elsewhere. Even after confirming with the hotel prior to booking a no refund rate that the Internet was working, terribly disappointed.

It was hard to get an extra blanket. You had to talk to a computer screen, and then wait for them to contact the staff for you. While checking in I was informed that I was required to pay a $50 security fee on a room that was paid in full ahead of time.

The room have a lot of mold on walls, ceilings and floor borders....the AC is extremely loud, the TV wasn't working right and it took them 2 weeks to get it replaced, the free wifi keep cutting off, can't hook Playstation to wifi because they block it, the free breakfast is Waffle that you make yourself, small cerals boxes bit often out of milk to make them and took the 45 minutes to send someone to replenish it, sometimes they have muffins Danish and yogurts...they put bagels and sliced bread with their hands in there...had 2 molded Danish and 7 molded bagels in the past 5 weeks, we killed a brown recluse in our room and the hotel never sent anyone to come spray or fix it...they don't do discounts when you stay for months...price always go up...you can't speak to a person...all you do is go to the front and video talk to someone to get in or check out and if you need something...they don't speak good English as they seems to speak indy more...so language barrier is harsh...i was told by the manager that it's forbidden to get breakfast to my room for my kids and the breakfast is only from 6 am to 9 am. After that they remove everything and turned the juice machine off allowing only coffee-hot water machine on..

This hotel is ok. Clean enough for the location, age and price. It’s odd checking in through a kiosk. There is know one attending the desk like usual. Breakfast selection is limited. All starch food and yogurt. No fruit, the orange juice and apple juice only dispensed water. There is always Waffle House very close. 😁
