「We were unable to stay at this property because we were uncomfortable with the immediate surroundings after arriving. We observed several broken windows nearby and multiple closed or apparently out-of-business storefronts on the block, including businesses downstairs and next door. We did not feel comfortable leaving our car there or staying overnight, so we left and booked accommodations elsewhere. We contacted the host promptly about our concerns and requested a refund, but the request was...

「First, I want to state that it is a beautiful place. It has a beautiful view of the water, and yes, you're right on the water with a dock. There was plenty of seating both inside and outside. Anytime there was an issue, the host, Mark, replied immediately. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable beds. Couple of things that weren't that great were that the floors were pretty dirty. But Mark sent somebody in right away to clean them while we were out and about in town. The second thing...

「We had a very enjoyable stay at Builditplace! The LEGO-themed design is very unique, creative, and especially fun for families with children. The neighborhood also felt safe, quiet, and peaceful. We really appreciated the host’s local restaurant recommendations. Uncle Tito’s and Sunrise Social were both excellent choices and made our stay even more enjoyable. A couple of things to keep in mind: the property provides bar soaps but not shower gel or shampoo, so guests may want to bring their own...
