This area leads out to a terrace and the swimming pool. One of the bedrooms on this level has a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, and a double hand-basin. There is also an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. A separate toilet is available on the ground floor.
