"The property overall was very clean and the rooms were very clean and updated. Although it was clean, I would not stay here again when visiting Charlotte. The front desk representatives were very dismissive and always came across as you were bothering them. I had to call four times from my room before I was able to speak to someone from the front desk. I was barely acknowledged checking and"
