「Property is pretty. Staff was fine. Some beautiful areas with rose bushes etc. cottage rooms are small for the price」

「What an incredible Guerneville gem - centrally located, but hidden away… An understated glamping experience, with everything you could possibly want, and amazingly helpful staff.」

「Check in was at the building next door, which wasn’t advertised very clearly. The elevator was inoperable so we had to carry all bags up, which wasn’t a huge deal but inconvenient with a one year old. The restaurant was closed which made for very slim food options in town, glad we brought snacks! Overall wasn’t a horrible place for a quick one night stop on the way to our final destination. 」

「The price point doesn’t match the experience. They are located right next to the freeway next to a large retirement community. Most of the rooms look in on each other and feel packed in. There is not elevator and not bell hop. The “serenity pool” is surrounded by the fitness room and the cement block walls with rooms all around. 「Staff very nice - gave us a late checkout because we also had massages There was a loud machine noice humming in middle of night and I’m not sure what the sound was coming from- an A/C or heater or ?? Anyhow, that kept me from sleeping but it might have been a one time thing 」
