"I called the day before inquiring about the airport shuttle and was told that I can get on it at IAH Terminal B door 103 or Terminal A door 115. When I got there we landed at Terminal C, so I went to the Terminal B door 103 following the signs for hotel pick up. After 40 mins I called this hotel and was told that they only pick up at Terminal A door 115, because of the construction. "Enjoyed our stay here. Complimentary water on the floors you could help yourself to, large lobby area, very clean, room was clean although somewhat small and no refrigerator- minor issue, check-in and out was very smooth, we had our pet with us, and we could walk to where we needed to go. Parking right across the street and valet available. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. No complaints at all! Would definitely stay here again! "
